A driver which was driving the Kyungbu Expressway heard an alarm and got a message from the car navigation. The message was appeared on the monitor with this sign: ‘Construction 430m front spot. Deceleration.' After a while, the driver saw the construction site. The driver got a new message which was 'emergency vehicle 170m rear spot, concessions' and few minutes later driver met an emergency vehicle. Smart highway known as the 'Intelligent highway' technology commercialization have been approaching. All participants interacted their information such as their location, speed, deceleration and so. With these information, they checked road traffic condition and reacted with messages.

This technology is possible to prevent accidents caused by driver inattention(drowsiness, visual field defects). This is because built-in vehicle terminal receives traffic information from each vehicles every 0.1 seconds.
