​The 13^th Korea Data Awards

Hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and organized by the Korea Data Industry Association, the "13th Korea Data Awards 2022" ceremony was held on the 20th.

The "Korea Data Awards" selects companies or personnel who have contributed to the development of the data industry with outstanding achievements and awards them every year at the "Data Promotion Week."

This year, a total of 21 organizations and individuals applied to select winners for a total of 9 awardees, including 3 awards from the Ministry of Science and ICT and 6 awards from the heads of organizations in charge and sponsorship. The awards were divided into three categories: ▲ Data Technology Innovation ▲ Data Business ▲ Data Social Contribution.

In the Data Technology Innovation category, Lemon Healthcare was nominated by the Minister of Science and ICT in recognition of its contribution to public convenience and quarantine through the smart hospital app and the COVID-19 Life Treatment Center app, and Metabuild won the Korea Data Industry Association's commendation for its contribution to the development of domestic SW technology.​
