​Metabuild-Claion 'Enthusiastic' MOU… "Expanding Cloud Service Business"

Metabuild, an AI and data integration SW company, announced on the 4th that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Claion, an integrated cloud service company. The agreement aims to expand the business areas of both companies by leading the digital transformation of governments and companies.

Under the MOU, Metabuild and Claion agreed to cooperate with each other to discover sales opportunities and build customer relationships in the cloud service business. In addition, it plans to seek ways to enable joint proposals and provision of cloud services and promote the strengthening of technical capabilities of employees of both companies through technical cooperation seminars.

Specific measures of cooperation include regular information sharing, including market trends and customer information, joint marketing activities through seminars, webinars, and exhibitions, and introducing and recommending each cloud service to mutual customers.

In addition, the two companies will develop a joint solution that combines the technical strengths of each company so that the government and companies' cloud conversion business can be carried out smoothly, creating synergy through proposal and sales cooperation and technology and service linkage.

The cooperation between Metabuild and Claion is expected to maximize the technology and service capabilities of the two companies and pave the way for a more effective response to the market seeking digital transformation.​
